This core and quads routine works both abs and thighs using the very same exercises. You’ll be surprised what an intense flat abs workout you can get with just a few toned thighs exercises. These thighs and abs exercises will help you get the strong sexy abs and legs you are after.

There are three abs and legs exercises in this core and quads workout. You’ll do 10-12 reps of each of the abs and thighs exercises followed by 1 minute recovery. After the recovery you’ll start the next round of this thighs and abs workout. If you are a beginner try to do 1-2 rounds of this abs, butt and thighs routine. If you are more advanced you can do 3-5 rounds of these thighs and abs exercises.
