This total body blast workout is an advanced HIIT routine that will help you get a full body workout in just 21 minutes. If you are looking for a full body challenge, you’ve found it. This is the perfect workout to hit the full body including abs, arms, chest, back, legs and glutes. Try this advanced HIIT workout and let us know how it goes!

This full body blast workout contains 7 exercises. You’ll do each of the moves in this total body challenge for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you are a beginner you can try to do 1-2 rounds of this full body blast & tone routine. If you are advanced shoot for a full 3 rounds of this total body workout for a total of 21 minutes.
