Spaghetti cacio e pepe or with cheese and pepper, is hands down my favorite pasta dish because of how easy it is to make.

Recipe Ingredients:
4 oz. spaghetti
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
½ tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
¼ – ½ cup finely grated Pecorino Romano
½ cup reserved pasta cooking liquid
