Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups gluten free flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill gluten free 1 to 1 baking blend)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cups brown sugar
½ cup butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs, at room temperature
1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
