Pecan Tassies are a perfect addition to any holiday dessert table. They’re like mini pecan pies masquerading as cookies.

Ingredients for the Crust
1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
3-ounce cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill gluten free 1 to 1 flour)

Ingredients for the Filling
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg + 1 yolk, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter,
1/8 tsp salt
¾ cup pecans, chopped
