Chocolate Eclair Tiramisu Ice Box Cake

This chocolate éclair ice box cake looks more like a tiramisu since I’ve replaced the graham crackers used in most ice box cakes with lady fingers.

Recipe Ingredients:
4 oz mini chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
2 ½ cups milk
(1) 5.1 oz box of instant vanilla pudding
(1) 8 oz container of Cool Whip, defrosted
(2) 5.3 oz boxes Schar gluten free lady fingers
