This 15 minute total body HIIT workout is a calorie burning workout that will also help you build strength. It’s a full body cardio routine that can be easily done at home or anywhere! Try this 15 minute HIIT routine for a complete workout on a day when you’re short on time.

There are 5 exercises in this full body HIIT workout. You’ll set your interval timer for 15 rounds of 10 seconds rest and 50 seconds work for this total body boot camp. You’ll do each exercise in this total body HIIT workout for 50 seconds before taking 10 seconds rest and moving onto the next move. For this to be a 15 min HIIT routine you’ll need to do 3 rounds of this total body workout. If you are a beginner you could choose to do just 1-2 rounds of this calorie burn workout. If you are more advanced shoot for 3 rounds for a complete 15 minute full body HIIT workout, or you could even try for 4 rounds for 20 minutes total.
