This 10 minute upper body workout hits the total upper body – biceps, triceps, back, chest and shoulders. If you are looking for a real time upper body workout that you can follow along to, this 10 minute complete upper body workout fits the bill. In this 10 minute upper body routine there are 8 exercises, but it’s best to follow along with the instructor to see how many reps and rounds to do. Generally speaking you will do 2 rounds of the first 3 exercises in this upper body dumbbell workout. Then you’ll do 2 rounds of the second 3 exercises in this total upper body routine. Finally you’ll do 1 round of the final 2 exercises to complete the chest workout portion. 1) Front Raise Switches (20 reps)
2) Shoulder Press (10 reps)
3) Bicep Curl (10 reps)
4) Side Raise (10 reps)
5) Kickbacks (10 reps)
6) Renegade Rows w/Pushup (10 reps)
7) Wide Press (10 reps)
8) Alternating Press (10 reps each side)
