This is what I eat on a lower calorie day. I eat lower calories when I don’t expend that many calories working out, or when I just get too busy to make anything too substantial.

This is just to give you an idea what to eat in a day as a vegan. I will be making more videos like this, especially showing how I eat on a higher calorie day.
