To really see the difference, take a pic of your butt (for your eyes only) in a pair of pants or a skirt from the side and from the back. Then put on the bands and take a picture from the same angles, the difference will shock you.
You can use this to workout in or to give your butt that extra boost before a night out. I do not recommend sleeping in it or wearing them 24/7.
I realize I kept calling it a garter belt in the video and that was incorrect, it is a garter.
Warning: You don’t want the bands so tight that they are cutting off circulation. It shouldn’t feel uncomfortable. To prevent this from happening, buy a bigger sized garter or hair tie. This way you can measure the spot where it is loose and sew it together until it is as tight as you want it to be.
