Keep a journal with all of your foods for about a week and figure out which foods you are struggling with most. Then slowly start to eliminate or minimize them.
5.Your body is used to your routine and no longer feels challenged – Test: are you sweating when you work out? Do you have to catch your breath? Do you find your workout difficult? If you answered no to one or all of these questions, your workout isn’t challenging enough. Increase the challenge, increase the change.
